Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday.
Beginner (Ages 10 and up) Tuesdays and Thursdays 5
– 6 pm
Advanced Tuesday 6 – 7 Thursday 6 – 7:30
All Ranks Saturday 9 – 11 am

Class enrollment is $50.00 / month

Instructor
Vince Nistico started his karate training in 1978. He is a
fourth degree black belt, a nationally certified Regional
Instructor and competition judge. Vince also holds a B.S.
in Physical Education and a M.S. in Biomechanics.
Vince was awarded his rank by ITKF 9th degree H.
Nishiyama.
