Training
Information:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30.
The beginner's class runs from 6:30 - 7:30.
The regular class runs from 7:30 - 8:30 or later depending on
attendance.
Saturday classes from 10:00 - 12:00
The Saturday class is open to beginners and advanced students.
Beginner's classes focus on physical fitness, basic stances,
techniques and application. Regular class training covers
kata (forms) and kata application, kihon and kumite.
Monthly fees
$30.00
Drop in fees are $5.00 per class
